Builder-friendly construction drawings and permit-ready plan sets for Wisconsin homes. Clean, well-organized plans that framers and builders prefer to work from.
The plans I draw aren’t just for homeowners — they’re for the builder, the framer, and everyone on the job site. I’ve worked on the construction side, and I know what builders need from a set of drawings. My plans are clean, well-organized, and easy to read because that’s what gets your house built right.
Builders and framers have told me they like working from my drawings because I’ve set them up to be practical on site. Everything is where you’d expect it. Dimensions are clear. Notes are thorough but not cluttered. The plans are ultimately for the person building the house — and I design them that way.
A lot of individual designers hand off plans without the heat calculations, wall bracing, or permit paperwork — and then the client has to pay a lumber yard to do it. I include all of that in every project. When I deliver a set of plans, it’s ready to go.
The industry is running 8–12 weeks for a set of plans right now. I target under two weeks depending on the project. If your builder has a timeline, I’ll work to meet it.
You don't need to have it all figured out. Tell me what you're thinking and I'll help you figure out the next steps — no pressure, no obligations.
