Structural Challenges Are My Favorite Part

Remodeling requires a different skill set than new construction. I assess your existing structure, identify load-bearing elements, and find solutions that work. “Can I remove this wall?” is one of the questions I get asked most — and figuring out the answer is genuinely what I enjoy doing. These old farmhouses and mid-century ranches are fun to work on because every project is a structural puzzle.

I’ll also provide 3D views so you can see the finished result before any walls come down. My plans are clean and easy for builders to follow, which means fewer surprises during construction.
