What I Bring to an ICF Project

Designing for ICF is different from designing for stick-frame construction. Wall thicknesses, opening sizes, lintel details, and structural connections all need to account for the ICF system. I understand these differences and design accordingly, so your builder doesn’t run into surprises during construction.

Full-Service Design

Like every project, ICF home plans include 3D renderings, heat calculations (where ICF homes really shine), wall bracing plans, and all permit-ready paperwork. Plans are delivered in under two weeks when possible.
