This custom lakefront home was designed for a family seeking a year-round retreat on a wooded lot in Minocqua. The primary goal was to capture panoramic lake views from every main living space while maintaining privacy from neighboring properties.
The lot’s steep grade toward the lake presented both a challenge and an opportunity. By designing a walkout lower level, we gained additional living space while working with the natural topography rather than against it. The home is positioned to preserve mature trees that provide natural screening.
